    May 16-18 “Milestone Weekend” to Feature Multiple Presentations Open to All

    The new Milestone Weekend at Hope College will provide an opportunity to experience talks by alumni and faculty on topics ranging from mountain climbing around the world, to human services in South Africa, to brain-regeneration research at Hope, as well as campus tours and updates about the college.

    Retired German Professor Sander de Haan Dies

    Dr. Sander de Haan, who retired from Hope as a professor of German and Dutch in 2018 after nearly 40 years on the faculty, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He was 78.
